This market will resolve to “YES” if the average price for Regular gas in the United States, as reported by the American Automobile Association (AAA) on January 23, 2026, 10:00 AM ET, is strictly above $2.839. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."

The price will be taken from AAA's website (https://gasprices.aaa.com/). The initial price reported by AAA will be used for resolution, regardless of any subsequent corrections or updates.

If, for any reason, the required data cannot be retrieved from AAA within 72 hours after the resolution date, the market will resolve to “NO.”
