This market will resolve based on the reported post-money valuation of Databricks’s next funding round. The reported post-money valuation of the last round was $62B.

This market will resolve to "YES" if the next reported post-money valuation of Databricks is greater than $100 billion. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO." If no funding round is reported by December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "NO."

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Databricks, published at https://www.databricks.com/company/newsroom/press-releases. However a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket.
