This market will resolve to "YES" if Lionel Messi records a strictly greater number of goal contributions (goals + assists) than Cristiano Ronaldo across all matches at the 2026 FIFA World Cup main tournament. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."

Goals scored in penalty shootouts do not count toward this market.

This market will resolve as soon as both Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have completed their participation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup and official final goal contribution totals are available.

If the 2026 FIFA World Cup competition is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2026, 23:59 UTC, or official final goal contribution totals for Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are not available within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "NO."

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from FIFA.com; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
