Mitosis is a blockchain project currently in development.

This market will resolve to "YES" if, before both its token generation event (TGE) and its mainnet launch, and before December 31, 2025, 23:59 UTC, Mitosis officially announces a new fundraising round of $10 million or more. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."

The announcement must clearly state that the amount raised or committed is at least $10 million (or its equivalent in another currency). It must be published through Mitosis's official channels, such as its Twitter/X account, website, or via a formal press release. 

If Mitosis announces the fundraising in the same post, or on the same calendar day as the launch of its TGE or mainnet, this market will resolve to "NO", regardless of which announcement came first.

Mitosis only needs to announce by the resolution date that $10 million or more has been raised or committed in a new fundraising round, regardless of when the funds are actually received.
