This market will resolve to "YES" if Arsenal FC completes at least one permanent incoming transfer (not loan) during the January 2026 transfer window (January 1-31, 2026) with a reported transfer fee of $60,000,000 USD or more according to Transfermarkt's data. The transfer must be listed on Transfermarkt’s “Latest Transfers” (Detailed view) page by February 2, 2026, 23:59 UTC.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."

If the website is unavailable for 72 hours after the scheduled resolution time, a consensus of credible reporting will be used.
