This market will resolve to "YES" if Moody's announces an upgrade to the United States’ sovereign credit rating from Aa1 to Aaa on or before December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. The upgrade must be verifiable on Moody's official ratings news page: https://ratings.moodys.com/ratings-news. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."

This market may resolve as soon as the relevant rating action is issued.

If Moody’s changes its rating methodology before the deadline, the market will resolve based on the direct equivalent of the current Aaa rating under the new system.
