This market resolves “YES” if the trial officially resumes — meaning the Seoul Central District Court formally opens a hearing — in President Lee Jae-myung’s political crisis, including but not limited to allegations of bribery/corruption case (Daejang-dong/Seongnam FC) by December 31, 2025, 23:59 KST / December 31, 2025, 14:59 UTC. Otherwise, the market will resolve to “NO”.

The resolution source for this market will be official information from the South Korean government and law enforcement, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Note: A “trial officially resumes” or “formal hearing” means the court has officially opened the session in the courtroom, even if it is immediately adjourned or postponed. Administrative filings, scheduling notices, and delays without opening of session do not count.
