This market will resolve to "YES" if Upbit fully restores all cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal services across its entire platform by December 5, 2025, 10:00 PM KST (Korea Standard Time), as confirmed through an official announcement on Upbit's website (https://upbit.com) or its official social media accounts. The announcement must explicitly state that all deposit and withdrawal services have been restored to full functionality.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO."

Note: Partial resumption (only some cryptocurrencies/networks), announced but not implemented services, temporary resumption followed by another suspension before the deadline, or phased rollouts that are not complete by the deadline will all result in a "NO" resolution.
