How it works

1. A trade pays its 2% fee into the market contract. 75% is credited to that market's liquidity providers on the spot; 25% accrues as protocol fee.
2. Every few minutes the keeper calls sweepAndBuyback on the burner, and anyone else can too. It pulls the accrued fees out of the market contracts and burns all of it; nothing is held back.
3. In one atomic transaction the burner swaps USDG for ETH and that ETH for $PSWAP on Uniswap v4, then calls burn on the token. Total supply goes down by exactly that amount.
4. The contract cannot send USDG anywhere but into the swap, or $PSWAP anywhere but into the burn. Its owner can only re-point the pools and the fee sources.
